Each of our Almost Perfect bags is one of a kind! While we can't say for sure which one you'll receive, some common character marks our customers find are pebbling and color variation, scars and striations, or a stitch out of place. I purchased the honey/dark brown medium sized tote and it is superb! From the beautiful rich color, the contrasting handles, dedicated craftsmanship, to the quality leather, everything about this tote screams classic and chic. The medium size tote is perfect in size, roomy but still a purse without going into the travel bag size. I also purchased the eclipse style makeup bag in honey and love pairing the two bags together for style and organization. Stop buying flimsy little totes, make this purchase, and you’ll never buy another tote again - well, you’ll likely buy another from Portland Leather but that’s only because you LOVE it so much!

I wasn’t sure what to expect but boy was I surprised. I needed something for my crocheting. It’s perfect! There’s plenty of room for my needle/hook pouch, 4-5 large skeins of yarn, and the project I’m working on. What will you use your tote for?

I’m in love with this classic purse! I purchased the medium which is a perfect size for everyday use. My almost perfect did have a few scuff marks on the back, which seems different than most people’s reviews saying that they couldn’t see any marks or imperfections on their bags. I love it, but wanted to mention that I do see marks on mine. Not enough to return, and figured more scuffs will happen naturally. My toddler really likes it too!

I received my medium classic leather tote in Lava and it is amazing! The color is absolutely stunning. I’m so glad I was able to scoop it up. The leather feels so luxurious, it has a mix of smooth and pebbled. The inside is spacious. There is plenty of room for my computer, iPad, wallet, cardigan, kids snacks, and way more! I love that there is both an outside and inside pocket, and the loop on the inside for keys is genius. I highly recommend this bag!

I'm a little sad that the small tote is retiring, because I found her to be such a great size. In the picture, that bag has a change of clothes, a phone charger, a taco (which has hand sanitizer, chapstick, and mints), a small bag with toiletries, a paperback book, my wallet, keys, and my phone would fit inside too! And if you're not afraid of bright colors, don't sleep on astro blue. I kept thinking about that color and I'm so glad I decided to get her. It'll brighten your day!

The 'Almost Perfect Leather Tote Bag" is completely perfect. Got the small size and it still carries my MacBook Pro, IPad and all the miscellaneous items I need to carry around. Both in a professional capacity or on the town with friends, this bag is all I need. And it looks good! But, best of all, it is not heavy. It really doesn't add much weight to my already overburdened load. Light and sturdy, just what I need!

I said I would add more Oversized Totes to my collection and I am true to my word. The most recent addition is a Westward Blue zippered OS tote. The color is beautiful! Can't go wrong with a tote!
Love the bag, but you need to be OK with some minor discolorations.
I bought a pebbled bone small tote before the bag is retired. It's so pretty. I think it could easily dressed up or down with flair. It's a nice creamy color. The pebbles are nice too!
I ordered two new small totes since they're going to be retired. One of them was in Pebbled Bone. I just received it. It's a beautiful color and it actually has great pebbles.
I was curious about the new Denim color and decided to buy a small tote in it. It just arrived and it's actually beautiful! I've never had a tote and suede though, so I'm trying to decide if it's something I will keep or return and cross my fingers that it will come out and another type of leather in the same color. It is a beautiful color. Here it is an indoor and outdoor lighting.
