Why do you use leather with prominent character marks in the first place?
We only qualify Almost Perfect in terms of cosmetic irregularities that have absolutely no impact on the quality or durability of our products. Rather, we figured that it'd be a shame to waste such beautiful and functional leather, so we decided to sell it at a discounted price.
What type of imperfection will I get with this bag?
Each of our Almost Perfect bags is one of a kind! While we can't say for sure which one you'll receive, some common character marks our customers find are pebbling and color variation, scars and striations, or a stitch out of place. That being said, rest assured that none of these "imperfections" will impact the functionality of the bag in any way!
What if I don't love my Almost Perfect bag?
Everything from our Almost Perfect collection (excluding Mystery Box bundles) falls under our usual return policy. For more detailed information, visit our Returns page.
Please note that our pebbled leather, like all of our leather, is a natural product. You may notice changes in grain or texture throughout your bag. Other companies artificially press a pebble texture into their leather. However, the pebbling of our leather is achieved naturally through an extra tumbling process which leaves some areas of the hide smoother than others.

Love this color! Olivia is a great shape, too. I got the medium AP and it has a lot of character. Opening is a bit narrow, so it's tough to find odds and ends at the bottom.

Love the simple curve of the Olivia, and Jackson is such a great light brown/tan suede that is thick and looks like it'll last for years! The easily removable strap of this style is a plus.
I got the Olivia in large Sienna. I am enjoying this bag as I feel better with a shoulder strap. Glad I got this before they are gone even though I would have preferred a darker shade, this bag is great!

This purse actually really, really works for my needs. It’s big enough (deep enough) that I can put my tablet in it when I’m on the move and not have it in danger of falling out or being super conspicuous. The tab to hold my keys at the Top of the bag is terrific and saves time digging at the bottom. Plus the inside picket has been a life saver when I need to locate items quickly. It is my “go to” bag above all my bags.
I wasn’t sure about the Olivia but knew I loved Sienna. Loved the leather and tote style so took a chance on a large. I like it so much I ordered it in a different leather before it’s gone.
