Other companies artificially press a pebble texture into their leather. However, the pebbling of our leather is achieved naturally through an extra tumbling process which leaves some areas of the hide smoother than others.

Almost Perfect items can feature more prominent character marks than our Premium line, and/or small stitching variations, showcasing the aesthetic variety of our natural hides and handmade designs.
Why do you use leather with prominent character marks in the first place?
We only qualify Almost Perfect in terms of cosmetic irregularities that have absolutely no impact on the quality or durability of our products. Rather, we figured that it'd be a shame to waste such beautiful and functional leather, so we decided to sell it at a discounted price.
What type of imperfection will I get with this bag?
Each of our Almost Perfect bags is one of a kind! While we can't say for sure which one you'll receive, some common character marks our customers find are pebbling and color variation, scars and striations, or a stitch out of place. That being said, rest assured that none of these "imperfections" will impact the functionality of the bag in any way!

Lovely pouch

This is my first pinch pouch & have been excited to try one for a while now. I got an AP nutmeg they matches my nutmeg mini CB. The pebbles are nice and of course it smells great! I think that a more structured leather would b best for this particular pouch since it sort of falls into itself if not stuffed full. I love the strap so I can use it as a wristlet. Hoping to get more colors to add to my collection!
great for organizing koala sling

I bought a large pinch pouch in nutmeg to help organize my necessary odds and ends in my large koala sling. It's a great fit, and the shape of the pouch works well with the shape of the koala. It holds a surprising amount, but is sleek enough to not be bulky or create a bulge in my purse. It's perfect for what I need, and it makes transitioning from one bag to another so much simpler!

A great pouch
This would be a great clutch although it is pretty small!
seriously doesn’t seem like a travel bag but i used it for outings in nyc for my wallet and phone. very nice for keeping those necessities handy and easy to toss in my zip tote for lugging around through busy streets
I love my small Pinch Pouch! This is my third one. It’s perfect for my key fob and lipgloss and fits nicely inside all my smaller bags. Bone is such a classic color!
This little has big character! I love pinch pouches--they are always in my daily carry (I think I have 4 with me today). They are so versatile and a great shape and size. Mine are different textures so I can pull the one I need without having to look! And Orchid is so pebbly!
