Why do you use leather with prominent character marks in the first place?
We only qualify Almost Perfect in terms of cosmetic irregularities that have absolutely no impact on the quality or durability of our products. Rather, we figured that it'd be a shame to waste such beautiful and functional leather, so we decided to sell it at a discounted price.
What type of imperfection will I get with this bag?
Each of our Almost Perfect bags is one of a kind! While we can't say for sure which one you'll receive, some common character marks our customers find are pebbling and color variation, scars and striations, or a stitch out of place. That being said, rest assured that none of these "imperfections" will impact the functionality of the bag in any way!

Please note that our pebbled leather, like all of our leather, is a natural product. You may notice changes in grain or texture throughout your bag. Other companies artificially press a pebble texture into their leather. However, the pebbling of our leather is achieved naturally through an extra tumbling process which leaves some areas of the hide smoother than others.

Aruba small Sloan

I didn’t think I would like the Sloan bag, but I ended up loving them. I ordered a large Black, and 3 smalls: Aruba, Bone, Cobalt. The small is my favorite, as it looks great as a crossbody. I don’t carry much, and it surprisingly fits a lot.

The small size is more by style but I love coldbrew, so naturally, I had to try out the oversized. I love this bag, the coldbrew leather makes it firm enough but still has a bit of slouch and squish to it.
I wasn’t sure about this style, but it’s so cute! I love how you can make it a crossbody or use the handles.
This was my first PLG bag and after going back and forth in sizes, I decided to give the large a try. And omg! No regrets, it’s so spacious. It fits my huge bulky wallet, a hand fan, trinkets and even 1-2 books! This bag gets me so many compliments because it’s perfectly slouchy but also people love the shape of it, that it can be crossbody, the size and the barely visible logo. I couldn’t recommend this bag enough as a first PLG bag (or second, third, sixth).
