Most natural imperfections are gently smoothed away during production, while subtle traces—like healed veining and the soft, napped surface—are preserved to celebrate the leather’s unique character and charm.

The small bag for slouchy bag lovers

This bag was NOT on my radar whatsoever. I never was into the original Amelie since the shoulder strap was far too short for my tastes, so I imagined this one would not appeal to me. I'm also very much into large, slouchy shoulder bags, so I never imagined this one would be a good fit for me. But boy, was I wrong! Not only does it carry ALL my essentials (square pouch, taco tassel, mini daisy, lovebug plus, keys, and lip balm) while remaining fairly small and lightweight, it also has the most adorable SLOUCH! I never would have thought I'd get a slouchy bag in a smaller carry like this. The magnets are also stronger than you'd think and very convenient for getting in and out of the bag easily. In addition, both the top handle AND the crossbody strap are removable! GENIUS move on PLG's part because now it can be a bag for shopping trips where I want to be hands free (crossbody), evenings when I want a handheld carry (top handle), or I can remove all of them and have a large pouch or carry it like a clutch. I seriously hope they start to implement removable straps like this more often because it brings such an appeal to this bag having so much versatility. This bag seriously surprised me -- so don't sleep on it! It seriously packs a punch with his diverse uses and you won't regret it!

This is an awesome purse. I just went to the store and picked it up and I’m so happy I did. It has a long strap but I don’t like long one and it also have a really short one which is out of this world.

I love this bag! It’s my first smooth leather PLG bag, I purchased it for an evening bag. The sheen on it is so pretty and gives a classy vibe. The magnetic closure is my favorite because it is so convenient.

I love this bag! I am surprised at how much I am enjoying this bag. I am a mini or medium crossbody fan but there are times when you want a smaller bag and Amelie is perfect. I am really enjoying using the grab strap and using the bag as a handheld or arm carry. While the bag is smaller I am able to carry 2 squeeze cases, a sidekick, a Euro and phone a mini hair brush. I have Amelie in Cobalt and she is a beauty.

I'm loving the extra grab handle on this bag! I tried the original Amelie and it wasn't for me, but this version works very well. I love the strong magnetic closure too.

Absolutely gorgeous bag. Was a little concerned about the size, but it proved to be far roomier than I anticipated. It is absolutely dreamy in the nutmeg color.

This is such a great, versatile bag! It truly can be dressed up or down, especially with the smooth dark leather of Grizzly. I love love love the magnetic closure! I’m going to wear this all the time. My only complaint is that the crossbody strap is way too long. Even on the shortest setting, the bag hangs down below my hips in a weird way. You can punch more holes in the strap but then there is still lots of excess strap past the buckle. I’m not sure why PLG did that, not every customer is over 5’9” and/or plus size. It would be great if PLG offered crossbody straps in different lengths.
